Protecting your privacy is our highest priority. SleepScreen TV never collects, stores, or transmits any personal data. There is no user account, no registration, no advertising, and no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Facebook SDK) integrated into the application.

3. Device Permissions (Fire TV / Android TV)

To deliver its core sleep & audio blackout capabilities, SleepScreen TV requires standard technical system permissions on your TV device:

• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW (Display Overlay): Used exclusively to render the pitch-black blackout layer over the screen while your background app (YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, Prime Video, etc.) continues playing.
• READ_LOGS / Remote Key Monitor: Processed 100% locally on your device to register the fast double-click of the remote's Menu button. Keystrokes are never logged, stored, or transmitted.
• WAKE_LOCK: Allows the background sleep timer service to reliably countdown the user-defined duration before triggering screen shutdown.

All permissions operate strictly locally on your hardware.

4. In-App Purchases & Billing

Unlocking the lifetime version (€4.99) is handled directly via the Amazon In-App Purchasing (IAP) Service.

Payment processing and billing are executed exclusively through the Amazon Appstore platform and your existing Amazon account. We as developers never receive, store, or process your payment details, bank credentials, or credit card numbers. Amazon only provides an anonymous verification signal confirming that the purchase was completed. For further details, please review the Amazon Privacy Notice.

5. Website Hosting (sleepscreentv.win)

When you visit this website, technical server log files (such as IP address, access timestamp, browser type, and requested URL) are processed automatically by the web server and the Content Delivery Network (CDN) Cloudflare.

This processing serves technical security, stability, and fast content delivery pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to information, rectification, deletion, and restriction of processing of your personal data.
